|Regulatory Framework Description||Under the new federal climate plan, "A Healthy Environment and a Health Economy", Canada has pledged to invest $1.5 billion over three years for green and inclusive community buildings through retrofits, repairs, upgrades and new builds. They will require that at least 10% of this $1.5 billion in funding be allocated to projects serving First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities, including Indigenous populations in urban centres. This funding builds on previous announcements in 2020 from the Fall Economic Statement and through the Canada Infrastructure Bank.|
